SUBJECT: Transaction in own securities



On 26 October 2007 UK Commercial Property Trust Limited ('the Company')
purchased 102,662 of its own ordinary shares of 25p, to be held in treasury, at
a price of 79.75p per share.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of
880,000,000 ordinary shares of which 6,297,417 ordinary shares are held in
treasury. The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is
873,702,583.

The above figure (873,702,583) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
