Offer for Subscription and Issue of Prospectus

 

Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") has today launched an offer to raise up to £30 million (with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £20 million) through the subscription of up to a maximum of 35 million ordinary shares of 1p each ("the Offer"). Full details of the Offer are contained in a prospectus ("the Prospectus"), which was published by the Company today.

 

The Offer opens today and will close at 12.00 noon on 26 September 2017 (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or otherwise extended or closed at the Directors' discretion).

 

Existing Shareholder Incentive - until 7 September 2017

 

The Offer allows Unicorn Asset Management ("Unicorn AM"), the investment manager of the Company and the promoter to the Offer, to waive any part of its fee in respect of any specific investor or group of investors, for example, existing Shareholders, for the benefit of such investors. Unicorn AM has agreed to offer existing shareholders a loyalty fee discount of 0.5% for subscriptions received before 7 September 2017 (unless the Offer is fully subscribed earlier or the Offer is closed otherwise at the Directors' discretion).

 

The Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and copies of the Prospectus will shortly be available for download from the Company's website (http://www.unicornaimvct.co.uk) and from the National Storage Mechanism (http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do).
