Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 4 June 2015, it purchased 50,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.06% of the issued share capital at a price of 129 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 80,435,231 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
