Unilever PRICes bonds on European markets
London/Rotterdam, 4th June 2019.
Unilever has priced €650,000,000 and £500,000,000 in bonds on the European Markets today. The bonds comprise €650,000,000 of 1.500 per cent Fixed Rate Notes due June 2039 and £500,000,000 of 1.500 per cent Fixed Rate Notes due July 2026. They will be issued by Unilever PLC and guaranteed by Unilever NV and Unilever United States, Inc. The bonds have an anticipated issue date of 11th June 2019.
Unilever intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
