Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for 157,662 ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.


It is expected admission will be granted on 17 April 2007 and trading will
commence on 18 April 2007.


These shares are being issued as a result of the making of awards under The
UNITE Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.


These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
