Director Declaration
The Company announces that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Elizabeth McMeikan, Senior Independent and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, will be appointed to the Board of Nichols plc (AIM: NICL) as a Non-Executive Director from 1 February 2023.
As previously announced, Elizabeth McMeikan will be retiring from the Company's Board of Directors with effect from close of business on 28 February 2023.
