The Company has been notified, by letter dated 10 February, 2003, that following
a sale of 112,546 shares on 7 February 2003, Aviva plc and its subsidiary,
Morley Fund Management Limited, are interested in 5,355,615 ordinary shares of
25p each in the capital of the Company, representing 4.98% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
