Investor Site Visit





Today UNITE, the UK's leading provider of student accommodation will be hosting
a visit for investors to its Bristol head quarters and Stroud manufacturing
facility, including a tour of its student accommodation and central customer
call centre. Investors will also have the opportunity to view UNITE's student
bedroom manufacturing process.



During the presentations made to investors during the day, an update will be
given on the following:



•         Secured beds numbers have increased from 26,346 (at 31 December
2002) to 30,194 as at 30 June 2003.

•         Demand for UNITE's brand of high quality student accommodation is
very strong; 83.4% of available beds have been reserved to date for the
forthcoming academic year 03/04 (compared with 78.9% this time last year).

•         Manufacturing production is in line with forecast (1,500 equivalent
bedroom modules in 2003).



Except as mentioned above, no other material information will be provided to
investors.
