The UNITE Group plc to Announce Interim Results on 18 September 2002


The Board of The UNITE Group plc, the UK's leading specialist provider of
student and NHS key worker accommodation services, today announced that its
interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2002 will be released on
Wednesday, 18 September, 2002.


An analysts' meeting, by invitation only, will be held at 0900hrs on 18
September 2002 at one of UNITE's student and keyworker residences - East Central
House, 115-131 Lever Street, The Barbican, London, EC1V 3RH
