The UNITE Group plc to Announce Interim Results on 9th September 2003


The Board of The UNITE Group plc, the UK's leading provider of student
accommodation services, today announced that its interim results for the six
months ended 30 June 2003 will be released on Tuesday 9th September, 2003.

An analysts' meeting, by invitation only, will be held at 0900hrs on 9th
September 2003 at one of UNITE's student and key worker residences - East
Central House, 115-131 Lever Street, The Barbican, London, EC1V 3RH
