           The UNITE Group plc - Notification of Preliminary Results



The UNITE Group plc, the UK's leading provider of student accommodation, will
announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2007 on
Wednesday, 5 March 2008.

An analysts' presentation, by invitation only, will be held at 0930hrs at
Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1PB.

A webcast will be made available at www.unite-group.co.uk by mid-day on 5 March.
