The  Board of The Unite Group PLC ('the Company') is pleased  to
announce  that,  at  the Extraordinary General  Meeting  of  the
Company held today, both the Ordinary Resolution and the Special
Resolution  in  respect of the adoption of a new savings-related
share option scheme were approved by shareholders.
