BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 244^th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 19 July 2023 at Islamabad at 10:00 a.m, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the half year ended 30 June 2023 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 10 July 2023 to 19 July 2023 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of UBL in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
