BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 251^st Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 23 October 2024 at Islamabad at 10:00 a.m, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the 3^rd Quarter ended 30 September 2024 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 15 October 2024 to 23 October 2024 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
