Notice for Change in the Closed Period

This is in continuation of the Misc. Circular No.7107 dated 07 December 2023.  The 247^th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will now be held on 20 December 2023 at Karachi at 10:00 a.m. inter-alia, to consider and approve the budget for the year 2024.

The Closed Period has been changed accordingly.  it is hereby intimated that the "Closed Period" in respect of said meeting of UBL shall now be from 11 December 2023 to 20 December 2023 i.e. (both days inclusive).

In compliance with the requirements of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange, no Director, CEO or Executive of UBL (as per Companies Act 2017, an employee, other than the Chief Executive and directors, whose basic salary exceeds Rs. 1,200,000/- (Rupees One Million Two Hundred Thousand) in a financial year) shall, directly or indirectly, deal in, buy / sell, in the shares of UBL in any manner during this Closed Period.

Please ensure meticulous observance/compliance with the above instructions / requirements of Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange.
