Publication of Annual Report, Warrant Circular and S Share Circular

Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the 'Company') has today published its annual report for the year ended 31 March 2008 along with two Circulars which notify holders of warrants and S shares respectively of their entitlement to exercise the conversion rights attaching to such warrants and S shares on 31 July 2008.  These documents were sent to shareholders and warrant holders today and are available to view, and download, from the Company's website at www.uem.bm.
