Cancellation of trading/listing

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 16 June 2010 notifying holders of warrants and S shares that the final exercise date is 2 August 2010, cancellation of admission of these securities to AIM is expected to take place at the close of business on 2 August 2010. Cancellation of listing of the warrants and the S shares on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange is also expected to take effect at such time.
