Directors' Shareholdings

Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 29 March 2012 of the following changes to Directors' shareholdings following purchases of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 29 March 2012 at 162.5p per share. These purchases were made to satisfy the Directors' fees for the quarter ended 31 March 2012.

Details of the shares purchased on behalf of the Directors and their resultant holdings are as follows:

His resultant holding is 534,795 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.25 of the issued share capital.
