The Company announces that, following the exercise, on 31 January 2007, of
40,020 warrants at 100p each, Mr A Zagoreos, non-executive Chairman, is now
interested in 275,830 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing
approximately 0.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
