Board change

Utilico Emerging Markets Limited ("UEM" or the "Company") announces that Charles Jillings will step down from the board of the Company with effect from today.  This move, which is in line with corporate governance best practice of a fully independent board, follows the migration by the Company from AIM to a premium listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority in October 2011.  Mr Jillings will remain an employee of the Company and will focus on his investment management role with ICM Limited, the Company's investment manager.
