Directors' Shareholdings

The Company announces the changes to Directors' shareholdings following purchases due to fee payments.

Mr Zagoreos purchased 5,335 shares; Mr Madeiros purchased 4,954 shares; and Mr Jillings and Mr O'Connor purchased 3,810 shares.  The beneficial interests of the Directors in the ordinary shares of the Company as at 29 October 2010 are:
