Dividend Reinvestment Plan 

Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the 'Company') announced in its annual accounts for the year ended 31 March 2008 that the Company intended to introduce a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP') to be in place for the interim dividend payable in December 2008. The documentation relating to the DRIP has now been sent to shareholders and, pursuant to AIM Rule 26, is available to view and download from the Company's website at www.uem.bm.
