Publication of Interim Report, Warrant Circular, S Share Circular and a Special General Meeting Notice

Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the 'Company') has today published its interim report for the period ended 30 September 2008 along with (i) two Circulars which notify holders of warrants and S shares respectively of their entitlement to exercise the conversion rights attaching to such warrants and S shares on 2 February 2009 and (ii) a notice convening a Special General Meeting on Monday 5 January 2009 to reduce the share premium account of the Company.  These documents were sent to shareholders and warrant holders today and are available to view, and download, from the Company's website at www.uem.bm.
