Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that it purchased for cancellation 175,000 ordinary shares on Wednesday 9 March 2011, at a price of 156.0 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 218,597,234 ordinary shares.
The above figure (218,597,234) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
