Cube8.com plc ('Cube8 or the Company') announces the following Board changes. 
Steve Masters, formerly Online Director, is now Director of Marketing and
Public Relations.  Steve retains responsibility for the online activities of
the Company.  

The Company also announces that as of 31 December 2000 Alex Meisl ceased his
role as a Non-Executive Director of Cube8.
