Board appointments


Further to the announcement of the interim results of Cube 8 on 9 August 2001,
the Company can confirm that Lucy Catherine Lindsey Beverley, 33, has been
promoted to the Board as Finance Director (with immediate effect). She has no
current directorships and has never previously been a director.

In addition, Alistair Tremayne Angus, 36, co-founder of Pets Pyjamas, has been
appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

He is currently a director of Atara Limited and of Premium Petcare Limited and
was previously a director of Manchester Envelope Company Limited.  Premium
Petcare Limited is in administration and is to be the subject of a CVA this
month.  Creditors are expected to receive approximately 20p to 25p in the £.
