The 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the offices of Maven Capital Partners UK LLP, First Floor Kintyre House, Glasgow G2 2LW on Friday, 23 July 2021 at 12.30pm. However, due to the uncertainty over the timing of the lifting of all COVID restrictions and the social distancing measures required, Shareholders will be unable to attend the AGM in person. The Board encourages Shareholders to submit any questions for the Board or for the Investment Manager by email or by letter in advance of the AGM.
