Non-executive Chairman Designate Share Purchase

Vertu was informed today of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares by the

Non-executive Chairman Designate, Peter Jones ("the Dealing").  The Dealing took place on 6 August 2014 at a price of 58p per ordinary share of 10p each:
