                    NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS



The Company has been notified today of the following dealings by a director and
his spouse.


Mr I A Anton sold a non-beneficial holding of 10,000 ordinary shares in the
Company on 19 November 2003 at 310p.


Mrs I A Anton sold 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 November 2003 at
325p.


Following the sale, Mr and Mrs I A Anton have a beneficial interest in 76,775
ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.11% of the
Company's issued ordinary shares and a non-beneficial holding of 80,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.15% of the Company's issued
ordinary shares.
