Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP), the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring, announces that it has today posted the notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The AGM will be held at the offices of Berenberg, at 60 Threadneedle Street, London, EC2R 8HP on 29 September 2023 at 2.30 p.m.
