Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Victorian Plumbing Group plc (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading online retailer of bathroom products and accessories, has posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2021 (the "Annual Report") to shareholders.
The Company also announces that its 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 9:30 a.m. on 24 February 2022 at PwC LLP, No 1 Spinningfields, 1 Hardman Square, Manchester, M3 3EB. Victorian Plumbing currently intends to hold the AGM as a physical meeting, however, we will be closely monitoring the restrictions over public gatherings, and we will communicate any necessary changes.
Shareholder participation and engagement is important to Victorian Plumbing. The company strongly encourages voting by proxy or sending any questions in advance to ir@victorianplumbing.co.uk.
