Annual Financial Report 

Victrex plc (the "Company") released its final results announcement on 8 December 2009.

Further to that announcement the Company can now confirm that two copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2009, which include a Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 February 2010 and Form of Proxy, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. Copies of all the above documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:

The above documents (with the exception of the Form of Proxy) can also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.victrex.com.

At the Annual General Meeting due to be held on 9 February 2010, it is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association. A summary of the proposed changes is set out in the explanatory notes which are included with the Notice of Annual General Meeting in the 2009 Annual Report and Accounts. 

The information required for the purposes of compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules was
included in the Company's final results announcement made on 8 December 2009.
