Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)

Exercise of Sharesave option and purchase of shares by Matt Danilowicz

The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces two transactions relating to the exercise of a Sharesave option and a purchase of shares by Mr Matt Danilowicz, Videocom & Services Divisional Chief Executive, that were completed on 26 September 2014.

Following the vesting of options under the Company's 2011 International Sharesave Plan, Mr Danilowicz exercised 1,053 options over ordinary shares of 20 pence each at an option price of £5.17 per share.  All shares have been retained and will be held beneficially by Mr Danilowicz.

On the same date, Mr Danilowicz purchased 6,322 ordinary shares of 20 pence each at £6.01 per share.  These shares will be held beneficially by Mr Danilowicz.

Mr Danilowicz now holds 18,981 ordinary shares, of which 11,606 shares have been purchased in the market using funds supplied by Mr Danilowicz and are held by Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited, the Trustee used to hold shares in respect of awards made under The Vitec Group 2005 Deferred Bonus Plan.
