Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 12^th June 2012, it purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.045 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 54,417,112 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 165,000 Treasury Shares.
