Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 29 July 2013, it purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.2975 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 52,510,411 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 2,326,381Treasury Shares.
