Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 30 January 2014, it purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$ 1.42 per share. 

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 63,167,501 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 4,369,739 Treasury Shares.
