Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 28 May 2014, it purchased 50,460 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.4325 per share. 

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 62,933,283 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 4,603,957 Treasury Shares.
