Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 8 August 2014, it purchased 106,500 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.59 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 61,917,675 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 5,619,565 Treasury Shares.
