Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 14 July 2017, it purchased 62,701 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.36 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 73,238,966 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 9,490,473 Treasury Shares.
