Director Dealing Notification

The Company received notification on the 19 September 2012 that Nguyen Quoc Khanh, a director of the Company, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in VNH at a price of USD 1.0125 per share with the trade settlement date being 17 September 2012.

Following the purchase Nguyen Quoc Khanh now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.019% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
