Director Dealing Notification

The Company received notification on the 20 June 2012 that Professor Dr. Rolf Dubs, a Director of the Company, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares on 14, 15 and 20 June 2012 at a price of USD 1.06 per share.

The Company also received notification on the 20 June 2012 that Professor Dr. Rolf Dubs, a Director of the Company, has purchased 25,000 Vietnam Holding warrants to subscribe to ordinary shares ("The Warrants" or "VNHW") on 14, 15 and 20 June 2012 at a price of USD 0.05 and 0.07 per warrant.

Following the purchase Professor Dr. Rolf Dubs now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02% of the ordinary share capital of the Company and 25,000 warrants representing 0.14% of VNHW.
