Exercise of Warrants

The Board of VietNam Holding Limited ("VNH" or the "Company") announces that subject to listing, it issued 32,930 new ordinary shares following the exercise of subscription rights by holders of VNH's warrants. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

It is expected that admission and commencement of dealings in the new ordinary shares on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 21 December 2012.

Following admission, there will be 53,924,042 ordinary shares (excluding shares held in treasury) and 18,161,107 warrants with subscription rights in issue.  691,000 ordinary shares will remain in treasury.
