VietNam Holding Limited ("VNH" or the "Company")

Holding in Company

VNH has been notified by VietNam Holding Asset Management Limited ("VNHAM"), the Company's Investment Manager, that it has purchased ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

The total value of Ordinary Shares purchased in the above transactions was USD 220,525.

Following the above transactions, which were undertaken in accordance with the incentive fee arrangements for the year ended 30 June 2014 (announced on 27 August 2014) and the transfer of Ordinary Shares referred to in the same announcement (the "Transfer"), VNHAM will hold a total of 243,998 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.395 per cent of the Ordinary Shares in issue.

Following the Transfer, the Company will have 61,701,174 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 5,836,066 Treasury Shares.
