Senior Executive Appointment at

VietNam Holding Asset Management, Ltd.

VietNam Holding Limited (the 'Company') (AIM: VNH) today announces the appointment of Mr. Pham Ngoc Bich as Chief Executive Officer of its investment manager, VietNam Holding Asset Management, Ltd. (VNHAM), with effect from March 17, 2014.

Mr. Bich served most recently as a Managing Director, Institutional Sales in the Securities Services division of Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI), a leading securities brokerage firm and financial services company in Viet Nam. Mr. Bich has extensive experience in the finance, banking, insurance and securities industries with in-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese macro-economy and stock market.

Prior to joining SSI in 2010, Mr. Bich held senior positions at international financial institutions operating in global financial markets including the position of CEO of Prudential Vietnam Fund Management, Managing Director at CIBC Global Asset Management Inc. in Hong Kong, and Chief Portfolio Manager at CIBC Wood Gundy Securities in Canada. Mr. Bich graduated from the Université de Montreal, Canada and has been a CFA Charter holder since 1993.
