The directors of VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) wish to announce that the
Company has today posted notice ('Notice') of its annual general meeting ('AGM')
to shareholders of the Company.  The AGM is to be held at the offices of Charles
Adams Ritchie & Duckworth, Zephyr House, 122 Mary Street, George Town, Grand
Cayman KY1-1107, Cayman Islands on 28 December 2006 at 10:00 a.m.
