Notice to Warrantholders - Upcoming Exercise Date

As per the terms and conditions attaching to the warrant instrument dated 21 May 2012, and as amended on 21 November 2012, the Company shall give notice (the "Notice"), in writing and not later than 28 days before an approaching exercise date, to the holders of the warrants reminding them of their subscription rights.

The Company has therefore today sent to Warrantholders a notice reminding them that they are entitled to exercise their subscription rights for shares at the exercise price of US$1.196 on the 25 April 2013.  Each warrant held entitles the holder to subscribe for one share and each warrant can be exercised only once.

Warrant holders are not obliged to exercise their warrants at the 25 April 2013 exercise date and if they do not subscribe for shares on this occasion they will have another opportunity to do so on 25 September 2013.
