VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) announces that all resolutions put to its shareholders at today's 2011 Annual General Meeting were passed. These involved approval of the accounts, re-election of the Board of Directors, re-appointment of the Company auditors and continuation of the share buy-back program approved at last year's AGM.
