Repurchase and Cancellation of Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 14 December 2011 it purchased for cancellation 190,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$ 0.71 per share.

Following the above purchase and subsequent cancellation of Ordinary Shares, VNH has 54,871,000 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights, in issue.
