VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Ltd ('VOF', the 'Company') today announces that it received notification on 26 June 2014, from Lazard Asset Management LLC that in aggregate, its funds hold 16,931,842 ordinary shares, equivalent to 7.11 percent of the voting rights in the Company.
