Director Shareholding
VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that on 27 November 2009, Andy Ho, a managing director of VinaCapital Investment Management, the investment manager of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of $1.47 per ordinary share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Ho is interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 percent of the Company's total voting rights. For more information please contact:
